The T.W.A.T.S are a group of chaps from the west of cornwall that enjoy mixing camping,walking,talking and having the occasional
pint or two at our final destination.
We mainly do the moors Bodmin which is april/may and september for either dartmoor or exmoor. |

this photo, given we were only half a mile from the pub in Postbridge, and opening time had long since passed !
The next tour date is the 9th,10th and 11th May 2008 when we will be touring Exmoor, staying at Westermill farm camping

The usual start to the camping is breakfast at Smokey Joe's at Blackwater for 10am, give or take 1/2an hour...
where we will discuss the next leg of the journey and who will be leading the convoy, although that is a bit of a daft question
to ask as Andy" the goat " normally travels at warp factor 8 in the goat mobile. Then it's tents up and straight to the
pub for a pint followed by a short Friday afternoon walk...
lunch at the cheesering hotel, high bodmin moor. taken just before going inside
for a few jars and "is this the way to amarillo" about 17 times on the jukebox
